Antique Elm
The American Elm like Chestnut is extinct, and can only be attained through the reclamation of barns. Light in color and with a straight grain, Antique Elm is primarily used in furniture and cabinet making. It has a good drying tendency with little movement. It’s capability to be sanded and stained to a fine finish make a perfect medium for the contemporary wood artisan.
